Vietnam asks ASEAN to spend $ 10.5 million to buy Vaccine Covid-19
Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son proposed to use ASEAN Fund to respond to Covid-19 to buy vaccines for countries when speaking at the 29th ACC conference.
