Bắt nồi nước sôi luộc trứng rồi để nguội, tiếp tục luộc bắp rồi để ráo.

Trứng bóc vỏ rồi băm nhuyễn trộn với 4 muỗng sốt mayonnaise và bắp để làm sốt

Bắt chảo lên cho khoảng 1 muỗng cà phê bơ lạt, tán cho bơ tan đều chảo rồi cho jambong vào chiên, trở đều 2 mặt đến khi chín hẳn trong vòng 5 phút. Sau đó cắt mỗi lát jambong thành 4 miếng nhỏ.

Sắp xếp nguyên liệu theo thứ tự sandwich - jambong - sốt - jambong - sandwich
