Chanh cắt 1 lát mỏng để riêng, còn lại thì cắt dày 1 cm rồi cắt thành các khối vuông đều. Húng lũi giã nát, pha với ít nước rồi lọc lấy 15ml. Tỏi băm nhỏ. Trong 1 tô nhỏ lần lượt thêm vào 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 30g đường, khuấy cho đường tan.
Tiếp tục thêm vào 10g ớt khô xay, chanh, tỏi băm, nước húng lũi, vắt vào 1 lát chanh.
Trộn đều cho tan gia vị rồi cuối cùng thêm 15ml dầu ô liu vào trộn đêu lên cho nước chấm bóng đẹp hơn và có thêm vị béo béo nữa là hoàn tất rồi nhé! Thức chấm có thể quết cùng thịt luộc, thịt quay hoặc làm nước trộn salad chua cay cực hấp dẫn.
